The building at West India Quay in the Docklands was completed in 2004 and consists of a 111 m. high tower with hotel and apartments and a low-rise part with a 10-screen cinema, in total 20.000 m2 of cladding. The curtain wall of the tower consists mainly of insulated glazing with stainless steel sheet work. The low rise part has terracotta stones in front of concrete walls and in the cladding panels with glass.
