The building HQ5 at 10 Upper Bank Street was completed in 2003 with 49.000 m2 of curtain walling. The building consists of an office tower and a low-rise part, which has a floor to ceiling view overlooking the waterfront. The building sections are linked by a central, 8-storey high, glass enclosed atrium.
