Completed in 2007, 10.000 m2 of curtain walling. In the centre of Budapest, near the Donau, this multifunctional building for shops, offices and apartments is built. The building is connected to a historical monument, the Vigadó building. In the middle of the building (seven storeys) a five storey high atrium arises, with balcony gardens, which is closed at the top with a glass roof.
